Robert G. Alien is an investor, author, and lecturer. His first book. Nothing Down, was a colossal national best seller, remaining on the prestigious New York Times best-seller list for 46 weeks in 1980 and 1981. His two-day seminar has been taught to over 40,000 graduates, who buy in excess of one billion dollars' worth of real estate per year on their way to financial freedom. He is Chairman of the Board of The Alien Group, which, among other things, publishes a monthly newsletter entitled The Real Estate Advisor. Because of his many financial achievements as well as his community and church service, he was voted one of the Outstanding "teung Men of America in 1982. He lives in Provo, Utah, with his wife Daryl and their three children, Aimee, Aaron, and Hunter.
