This group of pictures was purchased at a neighborhood sale on 13-July-2002 in Rockville MD.  The seller said that these were some items from the collection of a relative who had recently passed away, Steve Zweig.  He must have been a professional photographer and collector of photos - many of which are autographed.

Research performed on internet shows the following

SSDI shows a Stefan M ZWEIG born 08-Jan-1922 and died 01-Nov-1999.  Last Residence was Kensington MD and his SSN was issued in Washington DC.  I'm not sure if this is the same person but it seems to fit.
